Whispering Wild exists to share the stories, challenges, and experiences that come from spending time in the outdoors, while inspiring others to get outside and appreciate the wild places we’re fortunate to enjoy. At its core, it’s about hunting, conservation, fellowship, and passing a respect for the outdoors on to the next generation.

TYLER NIEDERGALL

Hunting and the outdoors have been a part of Tyler’s life for as long as he can remember. He started filming his hunts in 2012 as a personal hobby, which eventually opened the door to opportunities in his early 20s to work full-time as a producer in the hunting industry. Those years gave him the chance to travel and experience hunting in different parts of the country, often far from his East Coast roots.

After several years working in the industry, Tyler eventually made his way back home to New Jersey, where he began filming his own hunts again. What started as a desire to get back in the woods and tell his own stories eventually became Whispering Wild, which he created alongside Will.

Today, Tyler is heavily involved in the day-to-day production of Whispering Wild. Much of his time is spent behind the camera filming hunts and in the editing room bringing those experiences and stories to life. He also plays a role in managing the brand’s online presence and connecting with the people who follow along.

For Tyler, Whispering Wild is about more than just a YouTube channel. At its core, it’s about hunting, the outdoors, the places that make those experiences special, and the stories that come from spending time in the field. The website and merchandise are simply another way to carry that identity beyond the videos and into everyday life.

WILL ECKERT

Also a New Jersey native, Will found his way into hunting in his early 20s, largely through Tyler and a group of close friends who introduced him to the hunting lifestyle. What started as something new eventually grew into a passion and a way of life.

Will enjoys the time spent outdoors, the fellowship that comes with hunting alongside friends, and the opportunity to pursue beautiful game in wild places. Being from New Jersey has also shaped the way he views the outdoors. He appreciates the variety the region offers and the fact that, much like the four distinct seasons, there is always something different to experience—from chasing spring turkeys to sitting in a tree during the rut or watching the marsh come alive on a cold fall morning.

Within Whispering Wild, Will plays an active role in producing and editing content alongside Tyler. Behind the scenes, he focuses on the business side of the brand, including the website, financials, and the long-term impact of Whispering Wild.

For Will, Whispering Wild is ultimately about sharing the outdoors in a way that inspires more people to appreciate it. He hopes the stories and experiences they share encourage others to spend more time outside, recognize the responsibility that comes with enjoying wild places, and understand the importance of stewardship. Most importantly, he believes that responsibility extends to passing a love and respect for the outdoors on to the next generation.

WHAT KEEPS US WILD

For us, hunting has always been about more than the kill. It’s the places it takes us, the people we share them with, and the stories that come home with us. Whispering Wild is our way of sharing those experiences while encouraging others to get outside, appreciate wild places, and carry that respect forward.
